This site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. It doesn't show ads and we never sell anything about you to anyone.
If you call, text or email us, we have your number or address and whatever you tell us, the same as any call to a business.
Who we are
Wavy Agents is a web design studio for local businesses, owned and run by Cade Penney in Boston, Massachusetts. Reach us at (717) 917-3527 or cade@wavyagents.ai.
When you call, text or email
We get your phone number or email address and what you tell us about your business. We use it to answer you, quote the work and, if we work together, build and look after your site.
- We don't add you to a mailing list.
- We don't pass your details to anyone else.
- We keep it while we're talking or working together, and afterwards only what we need for our own business records.
Counting visits
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from, what kind of device they're on and how fast pages load. It doesn't use cookies or browser storage, and it doesn't build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
Hosting and outside services
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, its servers see your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
A few animation and 3D scripts load from public code libraries (cdnjs and jsDelivr). Those services receive your IP address and the page address when they deliver the files. Our fonts are served from this site.
What the site stores in your browser
No cookies. The site keeps two small notes in your browser's session storage: that the opening animation has already played, and that you're moving between pages (so the page transition can finish). They never leave your browser, and they're deleted when you close the tab.
Links to other sites
The Our Work page links to live client sites. Those sites are run by their owners and have their own privacy practices.
Getting a copy, or having it deleted
Ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at (717) 917-3527 or cade@wavyagents.ai. We'll do it and tell you when it's done.
Changes
If this changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
