17 October 2026These terms cover your use of this website. The site is run by Cade Penney, trading as Wavy Agents. By using the site you accept them.
They don't cover work we do for you. If you hire us, a separate written agreement sets out what's included, what it costs, and how either of us can end it. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
Every project starts with a free call and a written estimate. The estimate lists what's included, the price and the timeline. Work starts once you approve it in writing.
If you ask for something outside the estimate, we'll price it before we do it. You won't get a bill you didn't agree to.
Your domain is registered in your name and the finished site is yours. If you ever move on, we hand over the files and help point the domain wherever you want.
We keep the details on this site accurate and up to date, but they can change, and nothing here is an offer you can accept by itself. The price, scope and timeline we agree with you in writing are what count.
The design, writing, code and images on this site belong to Wavy Agents or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, link to and share pages. Please don't copy the site or pass its work off as your own.
The client sites shown on the Our Work page belong to their owners, and their names, logos and photos are theirs.
Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be either, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
